Trioworld Group has signed an agreement to acquire the Dutch company Flexoplast, a leading player in solutions for high performance food, beverage and industrial packaging, from the Clondalkin Group.

The transaction is subject to customary regulatory requirements and approvals. The Trioworld Group will, after the transaction is completed, own 100% of the shares.
Flexoplast
Dutch-based company Flexoplast started production of plastic films in 1961, and is a leading producer and supplier of premium food, beverage and industrial packaging based on Polyethylene. The company has a strong market position in Western Europe. Turnover of Flexoplast is 60 MEUR with a total of 180 employees. Head office is located in Harlingen combined with production facilities in Wieringerwerf and Harlingen.
